Zone Therapy efects

Reflexology or zone therapy is based on the experience of old folk medicine. On every occasion the goal is to activate and support.

Effects of the procedure:

• Relief of pain
• Circulation and metabolism improvement
• Re-organization of breathing
• Strengthening of immune system
• Addition of necessary hormones

Treatments can be given for conditions such as:

• Back and neck pain
• Headaches
• Different pain conditions
• Insomnia
• Panic attacks
• Allergies
• Gynaecological ailments

Conditions demanding precautions:

• Pregnancy
• Foreign bodies in organism (spiral, prosthesis, cardiac stimulator)
• Serious illnesses, course of treatment

The procedure is carried out by following the needs and wishes of the client. On this basis flats of the feet, ears, head, legs and upon requisition also face, hands, thighs and back will the massaged. The recommended amount for procedures is 7-10 times with a gap of a week. Preventive procedures would then be wise to be taken a couple of times per year. The experience is relaxing and pleasant and useful in any case, even when no complaints are apparent.
